Rusty Egan a name that transcends five decades of popular music,
culture and club life. An icon within the British and global
electronic music industry, his adoration and dedication to champion
European and International art-pop has inspired the journey of many
subcultures around the globe.
From his DJ sets at the Blitz Club, Rusty and fellow Visage band
member Steve Strange would champion the sounds of Kraftwerk, Eno and Ultravox forging the motorik steps to drive the fantasy that inspired
the New Romantic revolution. Almost half a century later Rustys
inquisitive desire to discover new music has lead him reveal and
remix Safetalks anthemic single - Gold of the Highest.

The remix stands true to the originals psychedelic soul by stripping
away the complex rhythms, revealing its radiant synths and
otherworldly messages. Rusty remix holds steady to a hypnotic beat
that supports the synthesisers yearning for endless cycles, as a New
- Romanticism is revealed, taking the song back to its gothic
